Over the next few months, I’ll be conducting a series of practical workshops and trainings for business clubs and entrepreneurial communities across various European cities, focused on buying, selling, and structuring small & medium-sized businesses.

These sessions combine hands-on experience and real case studies from the world of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), an area that has shaped modern entrepreneurship since the early 20th century. M&A has always been more than just transactions. It is about strategy, growth, and building value that lasts.

My background: With over 15 years in business development, franchising, and M&A consulting, I’ve helped dozens of entrepreneurs prepare their businesses for scaling, investment, or sale.

Today, through SC Consulting Group and SC Business School London, I continue to educate, advise, and connect entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners across Europe and the UK.
