About us

SC Business Broker grew out of a simple observation: owners of $200K–5M businesses were stranded in no-man’s land — small local brokers were wary of tickets that size, and the larger players did not yet see them as worth the effort.

Five years and deals across three markets later, we are building one corridor between Ukraine, the EU and the United Kingdom. Sellers reach international buyers; buyers get professionally curated options with the analysis behind them, so an investment decision rests on numbers rather than promises.

What you get

A professionally packaged business that is designed to be sold quickly or attract investments. The business provides full transparency and audit of all current processes, and adds additional profitability through a structured packaging method.

Tariffs and duration

Our company’s commission for broker services ranges from 3% to 10% of the sale price. The cost depends on the chosen cooperation package. On average it takes 2 to 6 months to package and sell your business.

Frequently asked questions

The questions owners and buyers ask us first. The full terms are in the contract.

How much does a business broker cost?

Commission of 3–10% of the deal value, paid only on the result. There are no upfront fees — we are paid only from money you have received.

Who pays the commission — the seller or the buyer?

By default, the seller. A buyer pays only if they separately commission a paid Buy-Side mandate.

How long does it take to sell a business?

Roughly 4–8 months to package and find a buyer, depending on the industry and how ready your documents are.

How quickly can I buy?

Roughly 2–6 months from the first call to a completed deal.

I am worried my employees will find out

The market only sees a blind profile without the company name. The name is disclosed to a verified buyer after they sign an NDA.

What if you don’t sell it?

The contract gives you the right to exit at any moment, with no penalties.
