Questions about this listing
How do I get the full details of this business?
Send the enquiry form on this page. After a short call and a signed NDA you receive the information memorandum with the company name, location, accounts and the reason for sale.
Can I visit the business before making an offer?
Yes, after the NDA. Visits are arranged with the seller, often outside trading hours so that staff and customers are not aware of the sale.
Is the price negotiable?
The asking price is the seller's starting point. Offers backed by proof of funds are always passed on, and we help structure the deal, for example with deferred payments or an earn-out.
What does the sale include?
Usually the trading assets, goodwill, contracts and stock at valuation. Premises are included as freehold or lease exactly as the listing states. Everything is confirmed in the heads of terms before lawyers start.
How long does a purchase take?
Typically two to six months from the first enquiry to completion, depending on due diligence, financing and, for franchises, franchisor approval.
Can you help with financing?
We introduce lenders who finance business purchases and, where the seller agrees, discuss seller financing for part of the price.
