Michele Incendiario

Michele is a partner at SC Business Brokers, where he leads business development and deal structuring. He originates M&A deals, prepares businesses for exit and structures share and asset sales, working with buyers, sellers and corporate partners through due diligence and negotiation.

He has founded, run, bought and sold several businesses of his own, so he knows the process from the owner's side of the table. He also holds a Master's degree in Economics.

His other areas are cross-border joint ventures, post-deal integration and deal terms that reduce the buyer's risk. He explains each stage of a deal in plain terms, so clients always know where things stand.
