1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let the site remember things between pages and visits — for example which language you chose — and help us understand how the site is used.
2. What this site uses today
This website is deliberately light on cookies. At the time of writing it sets only what it needs to work:
- Language preference — remembers whether you are browsing the English or the Ukrainian version of the site.
- Forms — our call-back form and the sell/buy questionnaires use session and anti-spam cookies so a submission can be completed and protected.
- Catalogue filters — remembers the filters you apply while browsing listings.
We do not currently run advertising or profiling cookies on this site.
3. Analytics and marketing
We intend to add website analytics, and possibly advertising measurement, when the site goes live [client to confirm which tools — for example Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager — before launch]. When that happens this page will be updated to name them, say what they collect and how long they keep it, and a consent banner will be added where consent is required.
4. Third-party content
Some pages embed content hosted elsewhere — for example a presentation video. Those providers may set their own cookies when the content loads. We use the privacy-enhanced YouTube embed, which does not set tracking cookies until you actually play the video.
5. How to control cookies
You can accept, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you do this per site. Blocking cookies is fine for browsing, but the language switch and the forms may not behave correctly without them.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this page whenever the cookies the site uses change. The version published here is the one that applies.
