Exit-readiness audit
Packaging that lifts the price before you sell
First we prepare the business to meet a buyer — then we take it to market.
What’s included
- Financial transparency — clean, verifiable numbers.
- Legal review — readiness checked before a buyer does it for you.
- A reasoned valuation — a number backed by method.
- Investor-ready materials — everything a serious buyer expects to see.
Why it’s a separate step
If you’re thinking about selling but aren’t ready yet, an audit is a lower-risk first step than jumping straight to a sale mandate.
Pricing
$1.5K–5K depending on the complexity of the business. If you go on to sign a Sell-Side mandate, the cost of the audit is credited into the commission.
FAQ
How is this different from just a “business valuation”?
A valuation is a number. An audit is a plan for how to raise that number before you go to market.
